DelVal’s Fall 2026 sports season is well underway. With games being played almost every day, there is a lot of excitement on campus. As a photographer with the Aggie Insider and the Sports Information team, I have had some amazing opportunities on the sidelines of the turf field or on the court to capture action photos. Even though the fall season has only been happening for a few weeks now, the teams have had some exciting wins and unfortunate losses.

Even through the hard times, they bounce back and get ready for the next play or game through the camaraderie they share with one another. As someone who has played many sports before, when taking photos, I aim to capture all the hard work, sweat, and tears they put into their sport to be the best they can be. Watching as a spectator rather than being an active player, the perspectives are massively different. The surface of it is easy to see, but beneath it there is so much that goes into the game. Practices, workouts, teamwork, and determination are just some of the things the players work on to get better. As the saying goes, “Practice makes perfect.”
