The Delaware Valley University Men’s soccer team kicked off their 2024 season this past week. The Aggies beat Immaculata University in a tight 2-1 game for their season opener last Friday, starting the season 1-0. DelVal traveled to Hackettstown New Jersey to take on Centenary University on Sunday for their second game of the season. After going back and forth for the majority of the game sophomore center back Amos Debah would put the Aggies ahead after scoring a glancing header from a corner set piece served by sophomore Kam Geiger. This is the first time that DelVal has started off the season 2-0 since back in 2016 when they started off the season beating two Penn State satellite campuses. The young and upcoming Aggies led by Coach Shaq Stephenson look to move to 3-0 this week when they take on Penn State Berks on Saturday at 1 p.m. You can watch the men’s soccer games on MACTV or by going to their schedule and clicking on the livestream.
